Privacy Policy

ZERYNQA is designed to help you view and understand health and fitness information stored in Apple Health while keeping that information on your device.

Information ZERYNQA accesses

With your permission, ZERYNQA may read health and fitness information made available through Apple Health and HealthKit, including measurements such as heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, steps, active energy, walking and running distance, VO₂ max, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, body weight, body fat percentage, lean body mass, sleep information and workouts.

The exact measurements available depend on the devices and apps that write data to Apple Health.

How your health information is used

ZERYNQA uses available Apple Health information to display your current measurements, trends, workouts and calculated wellness scores such as recovery, sleep and activity scores. This processing takes place on your device.

Data collection and sharing

The current version of ZERYNQA does not require an account and does not transmit your Apple Health data to a ZERYNQA server. ZERYNQA does not sell your health information and does not use health information for advertising or tracking.

The current version does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

Subscriptions and purchases

If you choose ZERYNQA Premium, purchases and subscription billing are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. ZERYNQA receives information needed to determine whether a valid entitlement is active, but does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Apple Health permissions

You control which Apple Health categories ZERYNQA can access. You can review or revoke permissions at any time in the Apple Health app or iOS Settings. Revoking a permission may cause the related measurement to stop appearing in ZERYNQA.

Data retention

ZERYNQA does not maintain a server-side copy of your Apple Health information in the current version. Health information remains subject to Apple Health and the apps or devices that originally created it. Removing ZERYNQA does not automatically delete information already stored in Apple Health.

Children

ZERYNQA is not specifically directed at children. Health information should only be used with appropriate device, account and parental settings where applicable.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as ZERYNQA develops. If data practices materially change, this page will be updated to describe the new practices.
